Resident of South Hempstead. Hired them to replace a water heater. Top end unit used. Guys we're clean and efficient. Flexible scheduling.
First off, the woman who answered the phone was very rude. I was given pricing over the phone by one person, and then another employee told me they would need to charge $250 just to come out and assess the issue. The information was completely contradictory. The whole experience felt unreliable, and something seemed off about the way they handle their phone service and pricing. I don’t usually leave reviews but felt like I had to share. I would not recommend trusting this company.
