Cheeses were all different and enjoyed them all. Joan and Pierre were awesome hosts. Totally recommend a trip to Dayton. I learned it is a seasonal product so you may want to call ahead.
Warm and friendly environment, nicest and knowledgeable owners, cute sheep and goats, and of course, incredible cheese,

Take the time to stop by and sample their cheeses. They have created something very special.
I had the best experience taking their intensive, 2 day, cheese course and loved staying in their guesthouse. I highly recommend the experience and their cheese!!
