Do you wonder why such a rating . Well check out this short clip. I arrived to get my hands xrayed and no one was in that secured division .Door left, wide open and I never got my hand X-ray taken .Best of all is the lab next door staff drew blood but failed to incorporate all ordered parameters and then the new resident / fellow calls to tell me I need to return and I will be charged for the lab redo . How intelligent of her ? I won’t be paying for these labs and a redo is their fault and correction to be made by them and z... read more
I love Montefiore hospital and all my doctors..... Every single department that I had visit
Make a 3pm appointment for simple shoulder xray. Arrived at 3:30 pm (eaely). Found the the the technician went home already. They sent us to the emergency for xray. Now is more than a 45min wait and its 4:17 pm. Isn't nice when a hospital doesn't know what it's doing.
