Dr. Julia is the best! Every visit with her is a great experience. She takes the time to listen carefully to your concerns and always provides thoughtful solutions. Most importantly, she makes you feel completely comfortable and at ease. Montefiore Medical Center is lucky to have her!
Horrible experience!!! my mom was seen by Maria Diaz this doctor was very rude, dismissive, and lacked basic compassion. Instead of making my mom feel heard and supported, her behavior made my mom feel uncomfortable and upset to the point of tears. No patient should ever leave a medical appointment feeling worse emotionally than when they arrived. This experience was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this doctor to anyone seeking respectful and caring treatment.
I had my 1rst day here last week. I have not been to the Doctor for 3 years because my long time family Dr stopped practicing due to age and I recently found out he has passed away. I waited only a few minutes before being called. I was greeted by Melody Correa who immediately made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She talked with me and really listened. Literally been going here since I was born and I called to make an appointment after not coming in for a good while , front desk is super unprofessional and they told me I need to contact my insurance because it’s showing a non montifiore provider as my main doctor . They don’t even have my new insurance information so that made no sense . Seems like they have new workers in the front every time I call and nobody wants to do their job .
