I am so annoyed with Monti because getting assigned PC has become like the most stressful thing. I had Dr Hopkins for 19 years amazing doctor unfortunately he retired now I’m got places with this young Dr with no bedside manner it’s impossible for her to respond to my chart. Now I want to find a new doctor because its been 3 months in the new years with no physical and this add stress because my health is important and they are making it so difficult to get a new doctor assigned. Healthcare with no compassion

Awfull service. I requested a urgent care service with a traveler insurance (covers medical expenses in the US) and even ofered to pay in cash for the visit, and they refused to see me.
