I recently came in for a cyst drainage and I couldn’t be more thankful and appreciative to NP Rodriguez and her team for how comfortable they made me feel. The wait time was minimal and everyone was very nice. Ty to RN Sullanni from Monte MV for recommending that I came to Montefiore urgent care to get the help I needed.
They are monsters. 0/10 never going back.
I’m currently waiting to be seen but I have had one the most unprofessional experience here. The receptionist, Joceline If im not mistaken started out by trying to discourage me about being seen because I had originally came in for my shoulder so to see the doctor I told him that I had a cold. you would think that it was over from there then she called me up about my copayment which I have been told her to bill me.
