This place is absolutely terrible. Do not bring your child here. They are always running out of vaccines. If you get there five minutes late, they won’t see you. Front desk The Hispanic lady is very rude. Took my son for an appointment and the doctor left early and no one thought to call me. After I left work early. Then there were two other doctors there and they said none of them can see me either. Management did nothing to help and told me there was nothing they can do. Laura G. McGarry was my pediatrician a few years ago at the Grand Concourse location. I went to her on 3 separate occasion complaining her of constant and persistent health issues. Each time her overall response would be "I've had many patients come in with the same symptoms, you have _____" She'd say I had the stomach flu, common cold etc. Never did any further test, never took blood, sent me to a specialist nothing. This review is for the pediatric office manager Camille and Dr. Babbar. They exemplify what Montefiore's mission and vision is about. My daughter came in the office desperately in need of care, and these two worked together to address her needs. Thank you not only as a parent, but as a human being..it's unfortunate that the other doctor on call and assigned to her (you know who you are dr.
