I have a primary care Dr. Sunita Ningthougjam who I love and my son’s pediatrician was Dr. DeAnn Moore (whom left over a year or two ago, loved her!) and is now Dr. Gerard Igel which he’s pretty okay. The doctors are normally attentive but the staff aren’t. Communication with the office staff or phones aren’t very good or even trying to get anything completed or an answer from them once you leave the office. Best family practice. Everyone is kind competent and professional. Imani is so helpful and considerate. Dr Jacob is knowledgeable and cares about her patients. Highly recommend this practice for infants children adult and geriatric care.

Don’t bother coming here. If doesn’t matter if you’re a patient with Montefiore , if you aren’t a patient at this location then they won’t take you in. Appointments are 3-4 weeks and they need to do a bunch of paperwork just to have to in this clinic. Best going somewhere else. 🤦‍♀️

At This Clinic There Are Only 2 Dr.s, Office Hours 9-5, No Weekends, No Walkins, You Can't Get An Appointment Til 4 Weeks If Your Lucky! The Drs Work 3 days A Week. You Can't Call To Ask A Question. Try Sending A Message On My Chart, You Don't Get A Response! Never Had I Ever Had The Hardest Time To Get A Medical Form Completed 4 Visits. Every Time You Go There Montefiore Has A New Rule.
