The worst hospital ever. They have you come in at 8:45am and have you wait an hour like why even have an appointment slot.

Terrible la atención, se supone que es emergencia, tengo más de 3 horas aquí y no me han dado ni una pastilla para el dolor pero ya vinieron a cobrarme el copago, hay al menos 9 personas en un area pequeña y a nadie han llamado, una persona dice que está desde las 10 am, lleva 6 horas aquí sin que lo atiendan. Hay muchos doctores y enfermeros platicando, en la computadora, se ríen de sus platicas pero a nadie atienden, son inhumanos, con ganas de grabar un video y publicarlo

I went to Monte ED in Early July. To begin with, the nurse that triage me was so rude that I was talking to her trying to explain my symptoms and she wasn't paying attention to me because she was talking to somebody else and then she went and wrote the first STUPID thing that came to her mind on the notes, stating those were the symptoms I had when she didn't even heard a thing I said.
