My visit to this Montefiore ultrasound location was extremely disappointing. The sonographer’s tone was cold from the moment she entered the room. She abruptly told me to pull my bottoms down, and although I complied, the lack of courtesy was noticeable. During the scan she barely spoke, except to say, “this baby is being difficult.” She reapplied gel and pressed harder without explaining what she was looking for.
