Made an appointment here 5 months ago at the endocrinology department, not only did they change the appointment date but never notified me. I had cars arranged and I took the day off only to get a call the day before the appointment that they changed it to the day after. Rude behavior from the lady over the phone saying lies about she called, when I looked at my phone records and never saw a call from that office for that day she stated. Stephanie has wonderful customer service, she made me and my brother feel very welcome and had such a wonderful personality when she approached us.
I have had such a great experience here. I was nervous about finding new Dr's. Every single staff member I have dealt with has always gone above and beyond to help me. Starting from the receptionist, nurse, physcian assistant, radiology dept, and my awesome Dr's. I would highly recommend Advanced Care to anyone.
Have to go through a call center to get to front desk. I call and the operator puts me on hold to speak to the front desk on my behalf then comes back on the line to tell me what they have been told by the front desk. If I have questions that means I have to go back on hold while they speak with the front desk. It is the most inefficient and frustrating process. No call back for scans. Can't see scans in the portal. If I didn't love our doctor I would not stay.
