Worst experience ever. Arrived with my mom some minutes to 1pm for a 1:45pm appointment and we are still sitting her in the waiting room with a room full of people who arrived after us. We were told that the two MRI rooms were occupied, but no one came out since we arrived. When I asked what was going on, I was told that the patients were still in the machines, that's 2 hours. This is absolutely ridiculous. No way!

I was told I would be at this imaging place for a total of 75 minutes. Instead, I was there for more than three and a half hours, most of it waiting. I understand this is health care and waits are inevitable but no one told me anything about what was going on or what to expect. When I was finally leaving, I heard the front desk clerk calling the back saying something about how someone in the waiting room had been there for three hours already and hadn't even been taken back yet. this is the worst hospital i've ever been to in my life the staff takes nothing serious, i asked to speak to my doctor while staying here & she just left to go home, i've been sitting here wanting to know what's going on & when i'll be able to go home & nobody gives me any answers. The social worker told me he'd be back after his lunch break & didn't even come back he also just went home, the nurses & other staff are regularly just socializing with each other while people are calling for help, i had to help the person stayin... read more
