Friendly staff but terrible scheduling. I was called several times beforehand and told to come a half hour early for the appointment, which I did. Yet I had to wait 2.5 hours before I was seen for an MRI.

The staff was kind and friendly, but there was a serious lack of coordination. I had to wait over 10 hours just to get a CT scan done — and I wasn’t the only one. Many people were frustrated and felt like their time was wasted. It honestly felt like no one knew what they were doing. The experience was very disappointing.

Worst experience ever. Arrived with my mom some minutes to 1pm for a 1:45pm appointment and we are still sitting her in the waiting room with a room full of people who arrived after us. We were told that the two MRI rooms were occupied, but no one came out since we arrived. When I asked what was going on, I was told that the patients were still in the machines, that's 2 hours. This is absolutely ridiculous. No way!

I was told I would be at this imaging place for a total of 75 minutes. Instead, I was there for more than three and a half hours, most of it waiting. I understand this is health care and waits are inevitable but no one told me anything about what was going on or what to expect. When I was finally leaving, I heard the front desk clerk calling the back saying something about how someone in the waiting room had been there for three hours already and hadn't even been taken back yet.
