I was looking for a gift for my dad, and she took the time to understand what I needed, explained the options clearly, and offered thoughtful recommendations without any pressure. Yan was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the process, making it easy to choose the perfect gift. I truly appreciated her patience and genuine care.
Sadly the customer service provided by Dennis is not what you expect from a Rolex Boutique. He is dismissive and rude. Unfortunately, I had to witness this on two occasions. I wish he was more welcoming.
Montecristo had been my go to store for luxury watches when they were still at Oakridge. Dennis was always helpful and provided top tier services when I have any needs on watches.
