They only treat you well when your buying a hat. Then they are rude and insulting if the hat gets damaged or in my case falls apart. They treated my Muslim friend like a second class citizen and had the worst rating from me on customer experience ever. Don't go here unless you are never going to need a hat repaired. They seem great at purchase, but service is crap after that.
Recommend this place? I own 4 fantastic hats myself and just bought one for my wife. Whenever I wear any of my hats I get complimented on them. Always a great comfortable custom fit, always a great look - I cannot say enough good about these hats. I will never own another companies hat!
