I had an appointment for an updo for an afternoon formal event and and the salon called at 10:30am (hours after opening) to tell me that my stylist had called in sick and all they could offer was a blowdry after the event had already started. They had no backup plan in place. Extremely disappointing service.
I've been here 4 or 5 times while on vacation in SB/Montecito and have throughly enjoyed my blowout each time. Great place!
I booked a blowout for a special occasion with Claire and was very happy with the experience and results. She knew exactly how to achieve what I wanted and the process was relaxing and fun.
Viviana did an excellent job: didn’t cut my hair too much, guided me through the options and even spent time to show me some specific tips on how to style my new hairstyle - greatly appreciate this experience and overall atmosphere of this place
