I booked a blow out with Claire for a wedding rehearsal dinner. Claire was super kind and also listened to my concern about my hair retaining water. When I left I had no doubt it was fully dry and that it would hold for the evening. My only frustration was that they did not accept cash and I didn’t know that until I went to pay.
I had an appointment for an updo for an afternoon formal event and and the salon called at 10:30am (hours after opening) to tell me that my stylist had called in sick and all they could offer was a blowdry after the event had already started. They had no backup plan in place. Extremely disappointing service.
I've been here 4 or 5 times while on vacation in SB/Montecito and have throughly enjoyed my blowout each time. Great place!
I booked a blowout for a special occasion with Claire and was very happy with the experience and results. She knew exactly how to achieve what I wanted and the process was relaxing and fun.
