As an avid balayage girl of 5 years, I must say my FIRST time with Viviana was amazing! She gave me the most beautiful, dimensional color with such a natural blend. The brightness and tone are perfect! Viviana took the time to ask me questions to make sure it’s exactly what I wanted and she delivered! She’s incredibly thoughtful, professional, and clearly very skilled at what she does. I left feeling so confident with my hair!
I called this morning for a dry style, hoping for an appt but not expecting anything due to the short booking time. They were able to fit me in, and I'm so glad they did! Tiffany styled my hair, her and the other employees were super sweet. I highly recommend, and I'm looking forward to booking Tiffany again and in advance!
I booked a blow out with Claire for a wedding rehearsal dinner. Claire was super kind and also listened to my concern about my hair retaining water. When I left I had no doubt it was fully dry and that it would hold for the evening. My only frustration was that they did not accept cash and I didn’t know that until I went to pay.
I had an appointment for an updo for an afternoon formal event and and the salon called at 10:30am (hours after opening) to tell me that my stylist had called in sick and all they could offer was a blowdry after the event had already started. They had no backup plan in place. Extremely disappointing service.
I've been here 4 or 5 times while on vacation in SB/Montecito and have throughly enjoyed my blowout each time. Great place!
