UPDATE September 16, 2025: Do NOT move into this horrible building! Do NOT be fooled by "renovated units" or 1 month free rent. It is NOT worth it!!!!! The ANT infestation issue in this building is STILL ongoing!!! The exterminator can't solve the problem by treating one unit at a time. The ANT infestation issue is a building wide problem. Not a great place. It's summer and the pool still isn't open. The hot tub is broken. The machines in the laundry rooms are never clean so you can always find a grey mystery sludge in them. The floors in the hallways are dirty. And the landlord never answers her emails.
The buildings here were sold to MetCap and let's be honest, MetCap are corporate bullies and so is their management staff. Yes the apartments are being renovated, but the noise and water shut-off is non stop. They have turned off the water several times without notice, leaving us no way to flush the toilet, or to wash. Through all of this inconvenience they are still raising the rent. They have let go of staff and the buildings are not as clean as they once were. Lived here for almost 8 years. Maria the building manager was amazing. She was always on top of everything. Highly recommended
