The buildings here were sold to MetCap and let's be honest, MetCap are corporate bullies and so is their management staff. Yes the apartments are being renovated, but the noise and water shut-off is non stop. They have turned off the water several times without notice, leaving us no way to flush the toilet, or to wash. Through all of this inconvenience they are still raising the rent. They have let go of staff and the buildings are not as clean as they once were. We are extremely happy to have Serhil Zykov and Merly Rodriguez as the managers of our building. They are truly supportive, professional, and always willing to help in every possible way. Whenever we have any issue or concern, we can easily reach out to them, and they respond very quickly. Our experience with this building has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable, mainly due to the actions of the resident managers Serhii Zykov and Merly Rodriguez, and overall management. We requested pest control for ants and silverfish. It was scheduled twice. Because we do not trust leaving our home empty when a stranger is supposed to enter, we stayed home both times. Sonia and her team at MetCap are extremely professional and outstanding. I am truly grateful for their dedication and for MetCap’s management in hiring staff of such high caliber people who genuinely care about residents’ safety and satisfaction. I highly recommend MetCap’s management and residential services, especially with exceptional staff like Sonia and her team!
UPDATE September 16, 2025: Do NOT move into this horrible building! Do NOT be fooled by "renovated units" or 1 month free rent. It is NOT worth it!!!!! The ANT infestation issue in this building is STILL ongoing!!! The exterminator can't solve the problem by treating one unit at a time. The ANT infestation issue is a building wide problem.
