Okay, I’m a patient person. I’ve had maintenance in a few times for a few different things in a newly renovated apartment but still haven’t complained. Tonight was the breaking point. We were told that despite everything and reviews and all, that we had a brand new apartment. Like I said. Tonight was a total disaster. I have lived here for 3 years and i do not recommend this place. They do not follow any of the lease agreement you sign. Neighbors leaving trash, items and broken glass all over the yard. Neighbors having parties(loud music) all hours of the night. Vehicles with expired tags and leaking fluid still in the parking lot. Vehicles speeding through the parking lot. The inside was "renovated". The new dryer kept ruining my clothes to the point where they had to replace it. The toliet kept leaking and when they finally fixed it, i ... read more
While living noticed after about 2 weeks that there were pests and some of the appliances didn't work(ac dripping in closet)(washer machine not working upon arrival or ever) very poor response from front office if you needed them
After a year living next-door to Emily, who works in the office I had been satisfied with My one bedroom apartment. I have never seen any bugs. And I had lived there for almost 8 months without any music or any kind of disturbances. Then out of nowhere we got ,three months of wall shaking music and we can’t keep children asleep because you have to hear Marshall Island music at the very loudest all hours of the night. Thank God, Emily gave me the chance to move from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. She changed her mind multipl... read more
