Great service and very polite
Best Rubber Testing machines in the market. We have tried different suppliers and finally ended up changing all our lab machines to MonTech devices. Good machines and excellent service, calibrations and support. Highly recommended!
We use Mon Tech for Calibration on all Our Lab equipment. We recently purchased a new Rheometer from them. The support from Spencer up front was incredible! He walked me through everything I needed to know and look for. When we received the equipment, it was installed and trained on by Joe their Technician. The training was outstanding. We purchased a piece of equipment from these people and cannot get service out of them. We have asked for a technician to visit for 4 months because their equipment doesnt work like it should. We cannot get a response or a technician on site.
