Really rude staff specially the female on the front desk and also the Dr was being rude because my child was having a moment and crying and he kicked me out the room and asked the nurse to close the door so he won’t here her! Dr was mad that some patients canceled on him and took it on us
This was such a horrible place to go. The office and the rooms were warm. Almost 80 degrees according to their thermostat. Usually medical offices and hospitals are kept around 72 degrees to keep germs from forming. The doctor made my appointment very uncomfortable. Was trying to crack jokes because I don’t drink often stating”oh is it because I can’t afford cheap liquor?” Very unprofessional. If you can get transfer to another urologist. Please do so.
