The communication and genuine transparency while providing a solution for my AC repair was commendable. Isaiah was punctual, amiable, and professional, providing the optimal solution for my problem. Even after standard working hours, my concerns were handled in Montebello, which was a great advantage. Everything was explained clearly, and Isaiah ensured that we were fully informed and comfortable before moving to the next phase of the AC repair.

My interaction with the HVAC team was positive. I let Patrick and his team handle the work. The pricing was fair and reasonable, leaving me feeling confident and satisfied after the job was done. A little tip, if you plan to stay on-site while they handle the entire cooling system process for your vehicle, be prepared to spend a couple of hours or more. Alternatively, you could drop off your vehicle and return to Montebello later when the job is complete.

Getting my AC repair done by Montebello Heating was an incredible experience. Patrick, the professional technician, returned calls promptly and quickly grasped the complexity of the issue. He managed to resolve the problem swiftly as soon as the necessary part arrived. An additional part was initially ordered, but Darius recognized it wasn't needed and made sure it was returned, saving me from any extra costs. I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to utilize their services in Montebello again.
