On Saturday the 18th of July I went to visit my mother it was 6:45 p.m. the front door should have been open it was not there was no receptionist at the desk but there was a girl in brown scrubs sitting in a chair she motion to me to use the side door I explained I could not because I was in so much pain from the walk she ignored me did not open the door and went back to her phone I walk to the side door there was a sign that read use front door. My mother had a short stay and I have nothing but good things to say about the care provided to her. Communication was clear and prompt, I was updated about her care and notified with any plan regarding her care. The staff went above and beyond to make her ends meet. They have long term residents that are happy there and the rehab team was awesome. I can say I would use this facility again for a loved one.

I had an excellent experience here the staff was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. They treated everyone with respect and made sure all questions were answered. The facility was clean, organized, and welcoming. It’s clear that they truly care about the well being of their patients. I highly recommend this medical center to anyone looking for compassionate, high quality care.
