Requested a tow truck at 645 PM. At 909pm still no truck told they were 45 mins out. At 1042pm still no truck told 20mins out. 1116pm told truck had a tow to Nashville would be 90mins. At 258am still no truck now told 1 hour. Tow truck finally showed up at 409am. Waited almost 9 1/2 hrs for a tow truck. AAA ought to cancel partnership. Worst towing company I have dealt with in 40 years. Lied to us and AAA about response times 4 times. 1 lie is to many.
If they bothered to show up, they may be a good company. BUT they left my driver sitting all night after giving a 2 hour ETA. Never showed, never called, and when I tried calling them; there was no answer and no way to leave a message. Called them @ 1722 last night; it's after 6am this morning. Not a Peep from them.
