Today, was the 2nd encounter I had with a very rude receptionist. She seems to older and gives very blank and rude responses. Whenever I asked a question she would just go back to talking to her co workers and say “ANYWAYS”. Luckily another receptionist notice and answered all my questions and called me over after noticing her coworkers responses. Such wonderful staff and veterinarians!
always always the best, but i had a scare w something my dog ate and they were so kind in making sure she would be okay over the phone and checking all the ingredients. so very thankful!
