Jessica, the manager, is a pleasure to work with. She is very resourceful and always makes sure she gets as much information as possible for all the questions we asked. We have bought 2 homes in the park through her now and both times have been very easy with no stress on our part. She made it such a breeze for us. My papa has lived in the park for 3.5 years now and we have seen so much improvement to the grounds in that time. Having personally worked with Monte Vista MHC several times over the past few years, I can say that they have come a long away and management has gotten so much better. Each client that I have worked with is incredibly happy with their purchase and the management there is fully committed to caring for its community. I fully recommend!
I have been working with Monte Vista for years and my observation is that they have been and continue to work to improve the park amenities, and surroundings. They seem to work with the tenants and the tenants that I know are happy there. This is a great place to live!
Beautiful park with many improvements and a safe community for residents to call home. Management is quick to help and resolve issues when they arrise. Anyone who calls this park home is lucky!
It's my fifth year living at Monte Vista. The park is clean, well maintained, and the services are reliable. The manager is accessible and responsive. My neighbors are friendly and keep their places nice. The steady improvements made to the park are appreciated. It's the best mobile home park in Oakridge!
