Unfortunately I have to give at least one star. These MAs, if they even completed their certification, are the rudest ladies. Ana and Illiana in particular. The doctor was the only one to see that my husband was in actual pain from getting up and sitting down multiple times. They were not accommodating at all they would yell at him from their seats behind the glass window. It’s unfortunate to see how the “medical field” treats I’ll people these days.
