Monte Vista Animal Clinic = compassion and competence Monte Vista Animal Clinic is the best veterinary clinic not only in southern Colorado, but within 1,000 miles. The staff is friendly, caring, sincere and very knowledgeable. The Vet is smart and knows his stuff! I had used the other clinic in Monte Vista, but they are expensive, sneaky and unfriendly! My advice to caring and concerned pet owners use the Monte Vista Animal Clinic, Dr. Deal and his staff will take care of you and your pets!
When I ran over my cat and took him to alpine, they told me I didn't have an appointment and had to wait for the five people n pets in front of me who did have appointments!! I was outraged. I looked In Google for another vet in my (new) area and got there as soon as I could. They took my cat n fixed him up immediately. I picked him up the next day and they did a great job! Only bummer is I can't find a 24 hour emergency vet n I need one for my dog. They do have an emergency line where I left a message and should get a call ... read more

This vet clinic cared for my parents' pets for years and always provided excellent service.

Their office was nice and quiet. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. All of their equipment seemed to be fairly new. I felt that my pet would be taken care of adequately. They are very kind and efficient. I have used this office for over 15 years now.
