Friendly & helpful staff. Very happy with Administrators.
It's only been a couple weeks and already my Mom's one & only LEFT ear Hearing aid is missing today Tuesday June 30, 2026. The Nurse on shift was not friendly & seemed unhappy due to SHORT STAFFED & COULD NOT ANSWER ANY OF MY QUESTIONS PERTAINING TO MY MOTHER THIS EVENING!!! Its really sad when A NURSE DOESN'T EVEN KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE PATIENTS THEY ARE CARING FOR OR HELPING OUT WITH!!! She couldn't tell me how she was doing today, or how she did yesterday EVENING!! The nursing home is awesome. I like it there very much for my Grandma Vangie staying at.
The facility, and it's staff, are amazing. It feels like you're with family.
