in 2020, I decided to build a small home on Lake Conroe. I interviewed three builders and decided Monte was the best fit. I was remote and Monte and his professional team did EVERYTHING I asked. He built me a home that after two years now, I still admire - all the crown moulding, the good banter on some things I wanted but he didn't (i needed that honest feedback).
