I was recently their first at Walden. they have lied and said I pulled out my own NGT. They also said I’m more welcome to come back anytime that was a lie. they have no training on intellectual disabilities or any type of special needs training or hands-on training. I was here for two months in 2026. During my time here, I experienced neglect very frequently. My first night I was just left there, was told nothing and just told to stay in view. I still had my phone and I wasnt searched in any way (never was). During my time there my appointments would be skipped. I am autistic and need things to be scheduled but they just would not meet with me for a week or so when it’s expected that they meet 3x a week. Your place sounds horrible 😢. I'm not sure I want my child there for help. So many 1 star reviews in 1yrs time or a few months time. Your place gives me pause to send my child there. Appreciate everyone for their real reviews telling your truth about an horrible place as this.
I don’t really recommend unless you have a “typical” eating disorder and even then be wary. I am gluten intolerant and vegetarian, on multiple occasions I was given gluten (told it was gluten free) and got sick, and then got yelled at by my team for not being able to finish. My dietician was the worst person I have ever met in my entire life, she tried to tell me I had body image issues when I didn’t (I have ARFID) and she also told me I should eat meat when I am vegetarian for moral reasons.
