Got Covid on the first day of being there and had to go home because I was so sick I couldn’t even breathe ok but the nurses said I was fine and on top of that after I had a POSITIVE test they didn’t tell anyone in the building. So as far as I know when i had to leave because of being so sick everyone else got sick after me. Please don’t go here if you need real help it made my ed worse. No one deserves that ❤️
Too much staff turnover to feel safe or cared for. Staff was disorganized, uncoordinated and sparse. It felt like everyone was just "winging it." Many Recovery Coaches were not informed on procedures or protocol and there were many discrepancies with what was told to clients. My stay here was stressful and traumatic because of these things. It took me months just to get into the program because of miscommunication on their part. when I finally was approved for treatment and given a date for arrival I was already very sick because of my condition. When I arrived at RainRock I got a very quick Tour with my mom and then she left. it was very busy and it seemed like they couldn’t handle The amount of people in the facility to the point where they would forget about you and you're schedule they give you.
