I hope this location is better than it was a year ago . In August 2025 it was not great . It did help jump start my recovery journey , but this location specifically needs work . Communication sucks . The manager at the time did not handle a conflict with one patient well and talked down to all of us instead . When I left after 3 weeks I had a package arriving after I would be gone . The manager assured me she would mail it to me . Overall, I had a good experience here. The RC’s and staff are wonderful and my fellow peers helped me so much along the way. When I first got there, there was no dietitian which was incredibly hard to try and get in contact with my dietitian over zoom outside of meetings. I wish there were more snack options and it feels like there is lack of food joy and experience when it comes to snacks. Communication can get lost really easily which I found to be frustrating. This place traumatized me even more the staff the recovery coaches everybody was awful plus I got in trouble for not using the correct pronouns that is discrimination in itself what about my rights my dietitian had me on a weight gain program which was not needed I was there for more psychological than physical if I didn't eat all my food I would have got punished never could go on walks or do yoga my dietitian won the game 7 or 8 lb to do yoga for 1 hour a week that is a joke all they do is feed you and sit you on your butt... read more

As of 2025, extremely poor management. I love monte nido and would recommend any other monte nido. If you can, go to Rainrock or Monte nido vista. I can't express enough how poor the management here is. Staff gossips about clients, and shows extreme favoritism.
