No one ever WANTS to use a facility like this but Monte Nido has been an asset to my family after my child needed some help. Absolutely would recommend this for anyone looking for help with eating disorders!

This group really helped my daughter through her eating disorder. We had no idea she even had an eating disorder until she got so bad she stopped eating all altogether. She had a feeding tube when she arrived and other places would not even take her with that. They had the tube out and her eating within 24 hours, which was amazing. The counselors and dieticians there were very caring and never gave up on her. Waste of time,the company says they take Cigna then gives me the go around and I’m not even a patient yet. This company as no shame in not taking patients with eat disorders. You see this message the company told me email ? They didn’t nothing with helping and resolving to get anything done. Just gave me the go around and never send reply’s back.

i have a lot to say about this place. at the point i came here, i had been in ED treatment for over a year- i was mostly looking for help with mood related issues. they told my mother they can focus on that and that they treat all of that sort of thing. they insinuated that i better get in there soon or my spot would be taken (there were two other girls there). they told her she could call with any questions once i got there. i arrived at monte nido atl and they focused on ONLY eating disorders. emphasis on only. they wouldn... read more
