Terrible experience. Switched pharmacies from CVS on the hills plaza; for drive thru convenience - however it is now day two of me trying to get my prescriptions, only to find they still haven't been worked on. Yesterday it was going to be a 45 minute wait, and here we are 12+ hours later with another 45 minute wait. The person I talked to said it was an insurance issue - which seemed like a lie to me.
