I’d like to recognize MONICA 10 plus stars… for being back at our Isleton Park and getting us a great makeover! The Apts look 100% upgrade painted ! Among many other improvements to our park. Also our new manager James is a great addition!! The residents here are buzzing how he is respectful kind and very knowledgeable with questions and getting changes completed . This company is something else. I moved out around 4 months ago. The process simple easy so I thought. They made me pay full rent for 5 days said id get a refund and proceeded to take 2 months for that refund. Told me my deposit will be with that refund it was not and here we are almost 4 months since I moved out and still no return of the deposit. Mind you I remodeled the whole front yard cause it had no fence no gate and just dirt and screws and dry wall from there remodel. Terrible company, horrible communication. Id be v... read more
ISLETON MHP . Giving a three star today because it’s extremely heartbreaking to be in the park and see the residence in one of the apartments (4) Have their two ginormous dogs run out of their apartment every time other dogs are in the area. Are people are walking their dogs or people are just walking themselves. They don’t have them on leashes. They don’t pick up their poop and they let them jump all over everyone human and dogs alike.
