I applied for a position at MCC a couple of months ago and had a pleasant phone interview with the wonderful Gina Marie. Then I was told the position had already been filled. I was a bit disappointed as the role felt like a perfect fit and a potential long-term career home. Isleton manager Laurie is pathetic and unprofessional, fake never here in park two faced to impress management /rude ignorant and inconsiderate to us residents! Talking about residents to others , pure wrong ! Handed out notices to us today while in the park for 5 min and gone She needs to fix her car that is expired and her professionalism before she tells us to fix our homes with threats !! Monte Cristo’s Rancho Marina RV Park is a complete failure—raw sewage, contaminated water, constant electrical issues, and a management team that ghosts you. Over 10 emails, countless calls—no response. It’s not just neglected, it’s deliberately ignored.”
