As a landlord I wouldn't recommend working with them. Unprofessional and very low level of care for both the landlord and tenant.
Would not recommend working with them for housing. They will dump you in a moldy old home and leave it to you to find your next home. Poor communication from tenancy managers who dont even communicate with each other. Will hit you with bills (water charges) and not communicate that with you until months later (on many occasions) then issue an urgent notice to pay asap. Money hungry and dont care about the quality of homes they place you in.
