Today was my first time at this salon and it was a fantastic experience. Everyone seemed to be happy and in good spirits, and it was definitely a welcoming vibe. I had my hair cut by Cassidy and I just love her so much. She is sweet, funny, and kind and she gives the best cut I've ever had. My hair is a little odd, and I've never really loved how it looked after a cut, until now. I don't know what she does with those scissors, but I'm a customer for life now. They advertise “fade cut” but aren’t skilled enough to actually do it. I asked the lady named Darlene for a medium skin fade and she gave me a regular trim around the edges that looked nothing like a fade! It felt rushed. Won’t be back! Regret tipping!
Really nice friendly staff but not happy with the service. I had to ask 3 times for my bangs to be fix, the first time she cut them nothing like the photo I showed her. My 2 girls got their hair cut and it's not even and I have to take them to a different place to get it fixed (my kids sat still the whole time so they are not to blame). I also thought we wouuld get a wash too but it was only a dry cut. I'm a little disappointed because it was my girls first real haircut before our family photos
Amazing place, everyone is friendly, and they are very accommodating towards any needs.
Mike is amazing but Brandon not so much. There's no way he doesn't just hate me cause my hair is completely destroyed now and he cut it in 8 minutes. Like where's the care
