I wanted to love this place but I had a terrible experience with losing my most valuable solid gold necklace. I realized after I left and got home that I left my necklace on the nightstand, when I called they did retrieve it from the room, so I felt reassured. Management said that he would mail it to me & would charge the card we had on file. That was never done. He mailed it in a paper envelope. A person with any common sense knows what happened next. The bathroom ceiling in our room was leaking and covered in mold. The shower curtain was hanging on barely because the wall has rotted from the leak. One bed in the room is completely caved in on one side, entire room smells like mildew. We told the front desk and they said they’d let the manager know but were completely booked. They never contacted us or tried to move us, and never came to attempt to fix anything. I’m waiting on the manager to reply to my email regarding a refund of some kind.

Very comfortable and a great ocean view right on the boardwalks. The pools are very small, though. Be advised, the rooms with kitchenettes have no cookware, plates, silverware, etc. You need to bring your own. This would have been nice to know.

Staff was excellent. Parking is blah, so don’t be cheap and get the premium parking. The location is fantastic.
