we were locked out of our room for one hour because the lock broke they called the manager for an hour and he never answered us. After walking for 2 hours and needed to sit down and relax we came back to a room that we couldn’t access with a staff who acted like there didn’t care. I spoke to the manager the next day J SOMETHING and man he had the worse attitude ever. We are truly looking forward to a wonderful family vacation. Called to confirm our booking with Yasim. He was pleasant and helpful. I asked about the refrigerator space as we have food allergies and need to bring some of our own food. He was able to put a note in to fulfill my requests as this is our first time staying at this property. More to come- stay tuned!

So our view was absolutely awesome. We had a view of the boardwalk, and the ocean left our door open. So that we could hear the waves crashing the seagull's calling and the smell of the salt air and the salt water! Had an amazing trip. We'd definitely come back here again only. We needed more towels, and it took a little bit to get them how to go down and get it myself. But um hmm, they were busy and shorthanded, so it happens, no problem.
