Honesty and professional Thanks Dino and georgio
I called Monte Carlo to get a body integrity inspection certificate (BIIC) which is required by MPI in order to get a written-off vehicle insured and back on the road. I was informed that they do have the ability to provide a BIIC, but they will only provide it when they do the repair work themselves. If you have the repair work done elsewhere, or do it yourself, they will not take the perceived risk of issuing the BIIC.
I originally chose Monte Carlo for convenience, closely located to home. I was beyond impressed with the quality and ease of working with Giorgio and would recommend all my family and friends. The customer service and quality of the repair completed far exceeds our expectations! Highly recommend!
