Excellent experience
This has been the best urgent care. Not so busy. Clean ans pretty good doctors.
Great urgent care. Dr April is a very professional and knowledgeable doctor. She was able to answer all my questions, diagnose and treat me quickly for my emergency. The front end staff is very friendly as well.
The front desk staff and nurses were nice and helpful. Sadly the NP and Doctor were terrible to me. Especially the nurse practitioner she yelled at me over the phone and the hung up on me mid sentence after being in the wrong when I told her and the doctor I was allergic to a medication. They didn’t care what I had to say. Their patient care and people skills 0/10.
