I I have lived at Montclair Village for five months, and after having lived in many places over the years, I can confidently say this community is as close to perfect as it gets. It truly feels like living in a luxury hotel. My neighbors are friendly and quiet, and the building’s elevator makes moving items in and out extremely convenient. My husband and I have lived here for several years now and we really love it. Our building is super quiet, our neighbors are kind and considerate, and maintenance is very quick and responsive. We've had some A/C issues every summer, but it always gets resolved within a few days.
We were just using the club house but it is very nice.
John is literally the best property manager I have ever met. He truly cares about the residents of this community and it shows. He responds quickly, lets the residents know what is going on with construction, maintenance, etc. Overall this apartment is in a great location. There is so much around and a lot of the area is walkable. If you choose Montclair Village as your home you will not regret it.
