My husband and I have lived here for several years now and we really love it. Our building is super quiet, our neighbors are kind and considerate, and maintenance is very quick and responsive. We've had some A/C issues every summer, but it always gets resolved within a few days.
We were just using the club house but it is very nice.
John is literally the best property manager I have ever met. He truly cares about the residents of this community and it shows. He responds quickly, lets the residents know what is going on with construction, maintenance, etc. Overall this apartment is in a great location. There is so much around and a lot of the area is walkable. If you choose Montclair Village as your home you will not regret it.
Went on a tour here a few weeks ago, and was initially super excited to see potential apartments. I left feeling a bit underwhelmed and a lack of professionalism. The tour guide seemed surprised to see me for the tour, and had to double check his calendar to be sure I had “scheduled it correctly,” even though I had confirmed it online.
