John is literally the best property manager I have ever met. He truly cares about the residents of this community and it shows. He responds quickly, lets the residents know what is going on with construction, maintenance, etc. Overall this apartment is in a great location. There is so much around and a lot of the area is walkable. If you choose Montclair Village as your home you will not regret it.
Went on a tour here a few weeks ago, and was initially super excited to see potential apartments. I left feeling a bit underwhelmed and a lack of professionalism. The tour guide seemed surprised to see me for the tour, and had to double check his calendar to be sure I had “scheduled it correctly,” even though I had confirmed it online. He seemed unprepared and even made an uncomfortable comment about he “does not like working with Indians because I can never understand what they’re saying,” after getting off the phone with w... read more
