Staff is friendly and helpful. Weight room is a good size with a sufficient free weights and machines. On the cardio side, they've got treadmills and a few ellipticals. Their treadmills actually work when walking backwards and non-powered (for all you Knees Over Toes fans), which is actually really nice, and super challenging. Love that they have stuff for kids to do to, including table tennis, pool, swimming, foosball, basketball court. The operating hours can be challenging to navigate. Check before heading over.
There service is amazing and it's so fun. Also the basketball court is big enough to play a game
Love bringing my kids here, much more kid friendly than most Denver rec centers. The pool, basketball gym, foosball and air hockey tables are great. Staff is always helpful.
