They very kindly gave me elastics when I unexpectedly ran out and my orthodontist was closed. Lovely service both over the phone and in person.
My permanent retainer popped out while I was in CA for the summer and away from my orthodontist. Tried calling many orthodontists in the Bay Area and they either refused to work on me, were rude, or were going to charge me an egregious amount for a simple fix. Found Montclair and they were able to get me in within a few days, charged me an affordable amount, and were polite.
Dr watts was super helpful when we were on vacation and needed a comfort check. Thank you so much!
