I was really pleased with my appointment, Jodie was very professional and friendly and listened to my concerns about my care as I was switching over from SF dental clinics to the East Bay. The assistant who did my x-rays was very professional and friendly and Dr. Wong was very helpful in addressing issues I was having with an older partial. He was even nice enough to adjust it a little to see if it would fit better to stop the discomfort I was feeling from it. I had the best dental experience I’ve ever had yesterday with Dr. Higgins and the entire team. Everyone was kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. Dr. Higgins was gentle, thorough, and clearly cares about his patients. I left feeling so grateful to have found this office!
I loved this Dentist and his assistant! You will get all the attention your teeth need at this dentist office. Every time I travel I am disappointed with dentists. It is always difficult to determine where to go. I have flown home to go to my regular dentist and flown back again. I have been in Oakland for 4 years and after trial and error I picked the best.
