1- The dentist is too involved with billing, can leave the patient in an uncomfortable position while she checks the insurance! 2- They refuse to send an itemized bill! 3- Claimed to be in network, left patient with temp filling until she files for authorization! Took almost 2 months and haven’t heard back expect for money requests over text. 4- DO NOT GO THERE.
It had been quite a while since I'd been to the dentist and I was *a bit* apprehensive. I had a great experience, felt really comfortable, and will be continuing to go here for the future. Nothing unnecessary was recommended and everyone was lovely, knowledgeable, and gentle.
