I especially appreciate the efficiency of the work - nothing was wasted - and the careful preparation and clean up. There is the intangible of trust: I absolutely felt I could trust your people to work in my home whether I was there or not. Lastly - the price was fair and a good value.

Montclair Construction did a fine job for us. Our house is over 100 years old and the front porch was showing significant dry rot in several places, as well a huge beam that supports a wisteria trellis. Robert gave us a fair, albeit not cheap, estimate and explained every repair in detail. The crew arrived and proceeded with the work in efficient fashion, even though it was partly interrupted by rain on several days. They tented the work and kept on until completed. Montclair Construction did a fine job for us.
