Great venue, I was disappointed with the staff being a minute late to open up— and then had the nerve to rush us at 4 so he can leave on time by 5 (we had the place until 5). Other than that, very lovely. Beautiful kitchen and layout
The Molkery was built in 1888 by Baron Walter von Richthofen as part of his promotion of the town of Montclair as a classy suburb and health spa. Tuberculosis patients on the upper floor drank fresh milk from the cows in the barn below and breathed the barnyard fumes.
