I went about 2 weeks or so ago, so admittedly this review is rather delayed. One thing I that stood out (and that even now I can't understand) was why a transaction - even for something as simple as buying a bottle of fountain pen ink - requires an account on their system for the transaction. Maybe the person helping me was under the impression an account was required for transactions or maybe it's a new store policy - regardless, both seem strange to me. Visited this Montblanc boutique to buy a gift pen for a colleague. Was created by Musi and appreciated his patience and service. Came back a few weeks later to purchase something for myself. Very happy with my new pen and can’t recommend Musi enough!

I purchased a Meisterstück Gold-Coated LeGrand Rollerball pen. And for the amount of money this pen costs, it writes worse than a $2 pen. I've tried different refills with the medium and broad, and they both suck and skip while writing. My only hope now is to try the fineliner refill option. The company has not been willing to help, not allowing me to exchange refills rather having to purchase them. All in all, a poor product.

I went in with my partner to try out pens for him. We were assisted by a lovely woman named Mehrak. We found the one my partner liked but decided to wait to buy it at another time. Mehrak kept in touch with me and a few months later I made an appointment with her to come in and buy the pen as a surprise. She remembered everything about us and was excited to join in on the surprise. A lovely pen and a stand out experience.
