Tried to buy a watch here as a surprise for my friend who lives in town. They wouldn't take my order and hold it at the store - they said they would only ship it . I had my assistant ask them a few times - nope - they refused to hold the watch in their safe until My friend showed up for his surprise. "It's our policy". I’m stunned that such a wonderful brand has the lack of quality that it does. I was told by the store that the ball roller (I had an original and a refill) has a shelf life of 6 weeks. A $350 pen has a lifespan of 6 weeks???? A Bic can last 6 years. Insanity.
The customer service at this Montblanc location is topnotch. We have purchased items from this store, as well as come to browse newly offered items. Their staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of the back story and craftsmanship of each item, be it their pens, watches, or leather goods. We came in recently to have a few links removed from a vintage Montblanc watch, and they happy assisted us. Horrible, I been waiting for my watch repair over four months now. Keep getting excuses. Wore it 4 or four times and it is broke all ready. Make no since at all. Spent over 5 thousand dollars for it. Still waiting for it
