Professional and friendly staff
The pros: I'm happy with my purchase of the Starwalker Resin Pen The cons: My sales associate Sixta (only have her name based on purchase receipt) went out of her way to be unhelpful. I spent a total of 30 minutes "interacting" with her and she said a total of 10 words. After making the selection and checking out she couldn't even be bothered to tell me the total just stood there until I figured out she was ready for payment. If I hadn't gone out of my way to go to this store I would have left.
