A very limited selection of pens to choose from.
Hardly any selection of fountain pens. I asked when they’d get more and they said, “we don’t know.” The sales associate was not at all helpful when I asked about inks and journals. She was very lazy and didn’t want to be bothered even though the store was empty. Maybe she should be working at Hermes which makes sense her bad attitude.

Not really an outlet, pen prices are more expensive than what I could find on their actual website. Website also offers free engraving, the shop doesn’t. I don’t understand why they would have a shop in the outlet and have 0 discount.
