The door to the shop is locked today at 16:00. We ring the bell. No one comes to let us in. Yet I can see the staff sitting around inside chatting with each other. Your customer service needs some work. Other customers should be aware of this before making the trip to this store so they don't waste their time like I did. The company needs to give me a reason to return and try again if they want my business.

Not worth the money. We are really trying to purchase Canadian made goods whenever possible, but this experience with Montauk is making me second guess that choice. This purchase was made summer 2021, delivered winter 2022. We ordered a “modern” sectional. We were told the lead time would be 6+ months, which is understandable considering it is a custom made piece + supply chain disruptions bc of Covid, etc. Montauk presents themselves as being a high end, luxury furniture store.
