I see a lot of poor customer service reviews which may be true, but the build quality is top grade. Frame is Quebec hardwood not engineered particle board like most furniture. Fabric and stuffing is also top grade, but idk if they still offer down pillows which are the best!
The door to the shop is locked today at 16:00. We ring the bell. No one comes to let us in. Yet I can see the staff sitting around inside chatting with each other. Your customer service needs some work. Other customers should be aware of this before making the trip to this store so they don't waste their time like I did. The company needs to give me a reason to return and try again if they want my business.
Leaving a 5 star review for Tara! She is excellent! I work with her often and she always goes above and beyond to make things happen. She provides such quality service!
